Artist Shema Love is a Brooklyn-based multi-disciplinary visual artist and lifestyle content creator.
Growing up in and around sports, Shema continues to hoop and brings that personal connection to the game through her work with Round21.
Shema's artistic expression is a fusion of her diverse background, seamlessly blending her passions for art, travel, sports and human connection. Through her art and lifestyle, she embodies a vibrant narrative of cultural exploration and self-discovery.
Artist Process
Shema complimented the natural passion she has for basketball and the WNBA with research and exploration behind every team and the league. In partnership with Round21, she spent countless hours tapping into the unique stories and soul of the teams and the WNBA to embody the spirit of the game. The result? A multi-series drop that begins with the "We As One" art that represents the OGs and the new faces coming in. Because without the people, there is no game. And with the people, the game grows on.
