ARTIST: Artist Sam Woj (full name Samantha Wojciechowicz) is an artist, art therapist and inspiration. Born with a rare genetic disorder called Ectrodactyly, a condition characterized by the absence or malformation of the fingers and toes, Sam chooses exclusively to paint with sports products as her brush. Her creative process is influenced by her love of sports describing her love for sports “incalculable” and she chooses to channel her love for sports into her other love—art.

As the WNBPA was created (1998) to protect the rights of players and assist them in achieving their full potential on and off the court, it was a natural fit for Round21 to explore. 2023 marks the 3rd year Round21 has been partners with the WNBPA and we are just getting started.
